We have written this to keep our customers informed of the how’s and why’s of our latest, customer-centered pricing policy.

 

If you know anything about fraMANIA! at all, you will have noticed that we are a modest company, with no apparent aspirations for riches or fame.  Our company mission is simple: To fairly serve our community, and peaceably coexist with our neighbors.  Whether you’re local or a tourist, a walk-in customer or a reseller, an e-customer or e-tailer, we pledge to offer the same high quality and low prices to everyone alike.

 

We are able to do this through meticulous accounting practices, and our substantial investment in an industry-specific, computerized point-of-sale system.  This system regularly updates our vendor costs to ensure that you get the lowest price possible at the time of your quote, virtually eliminating pricing inconsistencies and other discrepancies.  As this is done automatically, we guarantee our quotes for 14 days.

 

Contrary to advice that we have been given by others in our industry, we do not artificially inflate our prices to provide “perceived” discounts or sales.  We like to believe that our customers are wiser than to be fooled by such chicanery.

 

Also, we will not charge you more because we allowed a previous customer to haggle us.  When we give you a price, it is the same fair price that we quoted him.  If we could go lower, we would have done so before we provided the quote.

 

When comparing apples to apples – American-made, local, conservation materials, industry certified framing practices – we are confident that we will maintain, at the very least, a reputable and favorably competitive presence within Gatlinburg.

 

Our goal is not to become an overnight success by killing The Goose that Laid the Golden Eggs, but, rather, to consistently build our business on the trust of those satisfied customers who return to us because they were treated fairly.  We hope that you will become and remain one of these.
